About Me
In 2014, I followed a quiet inner voice and moved from Germany to Australia— a decision that changed the course of my life.
In Germany, I studied Diplom Pädagogik (Early Childhood Education) at the University of Augsburg and spent several years working with children in various settings. Along the way, I also trained as a yoga teacher, deepening my connection to the body, breath, and the healing nature of presence.
When I arrived in Australia, I was drawn to High Spirits Retreat – Mette’s Institute on the Sunshine Coast, where I began learning Hawaiian Ka Huna Massage. From the very first experience, something in me felt at home. I had always imagined doing healing work with my hands—and this beautiful bodywork spoke directly to that long-held vision.

Living with my own health challenges over the years has given me a deep respect for the body’s wisdom and a heartfelt understanding of what it means to be held in care. This personal journey has helped me meet others with greater empathy and sensitivity. Nature continues to be a constant source of grounding and inspiration for me. I feel most connected when I’m near the ocean or walking through quiet landscapes, noticing the natural balance between movement and stillness, light and dark, giving and receiving. Since settling in Australia, I’ve continued to grow and deepen my practice by becoming a Heartworks Lomi Lomi Facilitator, completing a Diploma in Remedial Massage and studying Somatic Experiencing®—a gentle approach to trauma healing that honors the body’s innate capacity to heal at its own pace.
Through Mana Body Therapies, I’ve created a space where people can slow down, reconnect, and feel deeply supported—physically, emotionally, and energetically. My work is rooted in presence, intuition, and the spirit of Aloha—offering care that nourishes the body and soul.
