By booking a session or using our website, you agree to the following terms:

 

Bookings & Cancellations

Appointments must be pre-booked.

If you decide that you need to cancel a session please call us 24 hours before at 0467033392. If you do not cancel, you will be charged for the missed session in full. This means that if you have an appointment at 11:00am on Tuesday, you would need to cancel by 11:00am on Monday. This will allow us time to reschedule other clients who could benefit from the availability. These policies apply to us also. We will call you with at least 24 hours notice if we need to reschedule. If for any reason we miss our scheduled appointment without notifying you, we will provide your next session free of charge. True emergency situations that cannot be foreseen can be negotiated (e.g. sudden illnesses, accidents, or unpredicted loss of childcare).

Health & Safety

Always inform your therapist of medical conditions or injuries.

Our services are not a substitute for medical care.

We reserve the right to decline service if needed for safety or ethical reasons.

Payments

Payment is due at the time of service.

 

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid until their listed expiry.

​

Respectful Conduct

Inappropriate behaviour will result in the immediate termination of the session without refund.

 

Practitioners follow strict professional and ethical codes.
